Just a hello

I haven't updated in a while and I am on lunch at work. I forgot my lunch so I had to settle with Special K... Only one bowl. So, I am still pretty hungry and have another 20 min to blow. Life is pretty good yet pretty stressful. Rock City (a company I work with) has been up and down this month. It has taken a toll on my moods most days. I am learning a ton about staying positive and what it really means to work. Both of my techs quit the same week (including my life saver- Ray) and it was a hard hit. We have been scrambling to cover our location this week and it hasn't been fun. I have an interview at 1 today *crossing my fingers he comes* and I am praying I can train him and get him out there today. When it comes to finding and KEEPING techs...thats been the hardest part. Sales is a whole other world that I have rarely ever worked in. I am also learning to not be the nice and easy going boss with the techs. It has come back to haunt me many times. Most of the time it is just the person themselves, but there were times if I had put my foot down and was clear, crap wouldn't have happened. Last month we had made more than we ever had quota and money wise, so it gave me hope that this company could make it. You have to stay positive. Thats all I can tell myself and to not take anything personal. I hope I can be a great employee and keep this going. Well, that was a quick update!
