
Yep, I have officially been doing the P90 X program for 2 weeks now. I am surprised I have lasted this long b/c I usually cop out of diets/working out in about a week and a half. I have stayed on top of what I am eating, doing the work outs everyday, and feeling way better than I have in years! I started out wanting the usual thing: drop some poundage, get into smaller sizes, ect. Now, I really am not focused on how much I weigh but, on how I feel and how my muscles are back- and better than ever. It was a bit harder earlier this week finding energy to even finish the work outs. Just gotta get past the 2 1/2 weeks and I think my habit should be formed. I can actually get through most of the workouts still feeling like I can do more (the past couple of days). I will make sure to post pics whenever I get my beach body :P Thanks Wessy poo for the DVD's, we will be in the P90X infomercial when we are done!!
