New Hobby



Jogging.  I used to hate it.  Still kinda do!  I had accomplished the P90X program with some great results!  I didn't finish the last week (due to holidays) of the 90 days but, I still got close to where I want to be!  Plus I feel tons better and fit into clothing way better.  Trying to kick start my motivation again, I restarted the program.  It lasted about 3 days.  I figured I was burnt out and needed a change. It was time to switch it up with a hobby to maintain/ keep losing a bit more weight.   I thought of a sport, but those cost money for memberships, uniforms, and other fees.  Swimming was out of the question since I don't go to the U for the free access.  The gym gets old real quick (plus its not a hobby for me).  It came down to jogging.  Some of my friends do it, my sister does it, and I have never really kept with it.  My stamina has gotten better since the program and I knew I wanted a challenge.  So- jogging it is!  I bought a nice pair of shoes and an awesome sports bra!  I found a good plan to follow for my first 5k and can't wait to cross my first finish line!
