Snow this year

Last year wasn't bad, snow wise.  Just thought I would share some cool pics (at least I think they are) and express how grateful I am for my car.  I used to have a 2000 Toyota Celica that was my baby for a while.  Until I came here and went through a couple of winters, I realized pretty quick that the celica is horrible in snow.  Thankfully after a couple of years being married and thinking I scored a secure job with great pay- we traded her in.  I got to really test her out this morning going into work.  The snow has been going hard core since yesterday and piled on lots of inches (up to my knees).  My work parking lot wasn't plowed so I got to experience the awesomeness of the Subaru!  I drove through the soft powder in the first parking lot and then slowly turned into the back parking lot.  My front bumper was the plow and it felt goooooood!  Once I got to a parking spot I pressed the breaks and all was silent.  Then I tried to scoot up just a little bit to find my tires just spun leading me nowhere.  I was stuck.  I open the door to not find ground- but to have to push the door open and see snow as high as the car.  I am so glad I got my high boots this weekend!  I jogged/ walked to the door and made a skinny path through the tall snow.  It was fun!  Check out the pics
I was first to get to work so you can see my walking path :)  The hummer is my bosses and the Acura is my bosses father in law (who previously owned the company and now just works there)  My little Subaru <3
This was after the plow guy finally came!  You can now see my front bumper was my plow :P Love this car!
