Last Friday I was soooo excited to pick up my Linda and her b/f Gary. They arrived at midnight and everyone was pretty tired. The next morning I made an effort to wake up early, make waffles, and get the days going since they were only here till Monday morning!! (Yikes I know) We ate and headed off to Tanner Park with the pugs. It was about a 2 hour walk/hike and lots of picture taking. Next, we went to Nicklemania! Baca and I dropped some money on this place. Lets just say, I am glad I don't gamble for real..Fashion Place Mall was right next door. It was a nice stroll around the mall but everyone started to get hungry. On the drive back to Salt Lake we planned on going to Rodizio Grill (had to get one nice resturaunt in the visit) but, ended up going to Tempenyaki (the Japanese place where they cook infront of you). It was great other than the fact I forgot if you don't have a big enough party- they seat you with other people. We all ended up singing Happy Bday to some stranger sitting with us lol. It was funny. Angels and Demons was our next goal but I soon found out that Linda nor Gary have ever had a massage...I had to change this! Instaed of the movie we booked massages at the Japanese Spa-The Kura Door (yep, been there for anniversary and bday- loooove it). Baca and I just got massages while Linda and Gary enjoyed an Ofuro bath together and then massages after. I was the last to come back to the waiting area and I could tell by everyones faces I looked pretty loopy (felt really good. I had a guy this time and he strecthed me out) . It was really nice to go home and chill after that. Sunday was a bit more relaxing..we caught the movie, hung out, got some bowling action and then got ready for the early Monday morning. It was a very fast/short weekend but worth it (reminds me of our Japan trip). We have only seen eachother once a year and I hope to change it if either one of us ever get more money or win the lotto lol. Here are some pics, enjoy :)

Just chillin at home..Bruce is such an attention whore

Yea, I wish I could have one of these!

Gary and I were addicted to that bowling game

This is a very OLD pic as you can tell...This was Linda and I years and years ago. We met on the internet back in 1999! We have accomplished so many firsts together: number one would be meeting your best friend off the internet, staying in touch for 10 years even though we only see eachother about once a year, I picked her up on my first (solo) cross country road trip for SC to UT, she was with me when I first moved into the dorms, she was there when I first met Baca, we finally made it to Japan (it only took us 10 years, $600, and a lot of guts), she was my bridesmaid on my wedding day, and will definently be there for all my other experiences! Love ya woman! Thanks for coming!
